摘  要:构建培养幼儿健全人格发展的有效教育模式是幼儿身心全面和谐发展的需要,是全面推进素质教育的关键性问题之一。依据对幼儿人格结构科学的划分,确定培养目标;依据幼儿人格的发展特点,确定教育因子;依据幼儿心理特点和发展需要,选择主题游戏活动作为最佳载体促进幼儿健全人格的发展。教育现场实验表明,幼儿健全人格培养模式的初步探索是有效的,主题游戏活动能促进幼儿健全人格的发展。Constructing an effective education pattern in cultivating preschool children's sound personality is of great value in promoting children's all-round and harmonious development, and is one of the crucial issues in advancing quality education in modern society. We set the training goal according to the scientific analysis about the preschool children's personality structure. We designed education factors based on the research results about the developmental feature of toddler's personality. And we selected thematic play as the best carrier in term of psychological development characteristics and children's development needs. Educational field experiments showed that the initial exploration of the education pattern in cultivating preschool children's sound personality is effective. The thematic play can promote preschool children's sound personality development.
