摘  要:济钢炼铁厂通过文化引导、搭建舞台、探索科学管理模式、典范借鉴、管理成果共享、量化各岗位考核标准、评优选先等多种方式,构建了以高炉稳定顺行和指标优化为导向的知识员工激励机制,确保了高炉稳定顺行、指标优化,科技创新成果丰硕,知识员工满意度大幅提升,为不断提高知识员工的积极性和创造性打下了坚实的基础。By culture conducting, establishing arena, looking for the scientific management mode, studying apotheosis, sharing for management production, quantizing check standard for every post and choosing elitists and exemplars through public appraisal etc, The Ironmaking Plant of Jinan Steel has established a inspiriting system for the knowledge works, and its aim is to make sure the BF works good and to optimize the indexes, and so it does, a lot of innovation fruits, knowledge works are pleased with the factory day after day, these all are the stable base of continually improving for the knowledge works' positivists and creation.
