摘　　要：如何解决人才供需矛盾,职业教育如何定位,尚需要深入研究。论文分析了我国教育体系、职业标准及人才实现途径,探讨了不同层次职业教育的定位,提出了构建教育体系的建议。It is necessary to study how to solve the illogicality between supply and demand and how to locate the vocational education. The educational system, vocational standard and the realization approaches to persons with abilities ware analyzed. The vocational education location of various levels was discussed, and the suggestions of constructing education system.
