摘  要:21世纪,终身教育将成为现代教育的重要组成部分,并逐渐取代传统教育。在这一新的潮流下,教师的角色将会发生转变,教师的来源将会多样化,由单纯的传教者变为学生学习的参与者和引导者,由教材的执行者变成教育教学的研究者。师生之间将是平等互助的关系,并成为学生成长道路上的领航人。新的时代呼唤教师角色转变,以适应信息社会培养人才的需要。In the 21th century, lifetime education will become an important part of modem education and gradually replace the traditional education. In the new situation, the role of teachers will be transformed. The source of teachers will be diversified. The teachers will be transformed from the simple teaching staffs to the participants and guiders for students'learning and from executers of textbooks to the researchers of education and teaching. The relation between teachers and students is characterized by equality and mutual help with teachers as the guiders for the students'growth. The new times calls for the transformation of teachers"role so as to meet the need for fostering the talents in the information society,
