论商法课程教学方法的改革

摘　　要：《商法》课程的教学目标是培养具有商法基本理论和从事商事实务的专门人才。商法课程具有操作性、技术性和综合性强的特点。针对其教学目标及特点对商法课程的教学方法进行改革,即坚持理论教学和实践训练并重的指导思想,以案例教学为切入点,以理论教学和实践教学为主要教学方式,以实地考察为辅助教学方式的改革。The course Commercial Law is aimed to produce special talents who have a good command of basic theories on commercial law and practice in commerce. The course is characterized by high level of practice, technique and synthesis. In the reform tO teaching methods of the course, which must correspond to teaching objectives and characteristics, we should focus on both theory education and practice training, and take case method as the cutting point. The main teaching methods should be theory education and practice training, while survey on the spot is a subsidiary method.
