新形势下行业特色高校发展的思考——基于湖南工学院的个案分析

摘　　要：以湖南工学院为个案,分析新形势下行业特色高校发展的思路。行业特色高校应坚持为行业服务,依托行业将学校做优做强、办出特色;应在人才培养、科技开发、科技和管理咨询服务等方面为行业做好服务工作;应积极完善校企合作机制、搭建高校服务行业的平台。Taking Hunan Institute of Technology as case, the paper analyses thought about the development of colleges with industry characteristic under new circumstances. Colleges with industry characteristic should insist on serving the industry and rely on industry to make colleges excellent and strong and build their own characteristics. Colleges should provide good service for aspects such as personnel training, science and technology exploitation, science and technology and managing consultancy service. Colleges should actively perfect the mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise and bridge the platform of colleges service trades.
