摘　　要：通过四个史料的分析,以及民间传说和文学、文艺作品中老白干酒的场景,展示了衡水老白干酒悠久的历史文化。证明了老白干酒千百年来就是一枝名扬四海的好酒,口口相传,颂扬至今。文章对酒名老白干三个字进行了进一步解析,并对酿造老白干酒的人文、地理环境加以说明。The long history of LAOBAIGAN liquor was presented through the analysis of historical materials , folk legends and literary and artistic works. LAOBAIGAN liquor has been delicious Liquor all over the world for thousands years. This paper analysed LAOBAIGAN literally, gave the explanation of the humanistic geographic conditions of this liquor.
