摘  要:建立具有多重虚约束的内平动齿轮传动机构的力学模型.通过计入各运动副处的接触变形,建立变形协调方程,结合各构件的力学分析,得到其力学模型.结合具体实例,得到了高速级齿轮的啮合力变化情况,给出了曲柄转矩、平动齿轮轴承力及方位角、支撑轴承力及方位角随曲柄转角变化的规律,分析了设计参数对平动齿轮轴承载荷的影响,给出了两相平动齿轮与内齿轮啮合力的变化规律.实例分析结果表明,较大的尺寸系数及较小的啮合角对提高轴承的寿命十分有利.Establishes a force model for the internal parallel move gear transmission with mulriple redundant constraints. Deformation compatibility equation of the internal parallel move gear transmission with mulriple redundant constrains is established considering deformation of kinematic pairs. Then with the force analysis of each mechanism member, force model of the transmission system is developed. On the basis of the model, the law of high-speed gears dynamic force is uncovered, the law of crank torque, the law of bearing load and its orientation angle of the parallel move gear, the law of crankshaft bearing load are discovered and the effect of design parameters to the bearing load of the parallel move gear is discussed. The law of parallel move gears dynamic force is disclosed. As a result, it is seen that larger dimension coefficient and smaller meshing angle are of benefit in prolonging the duration of bearings.
