从人力资本分类谈硕士研究生教育

摘　　要：扩招之后出现的硕士研究生教育质量下滑现象是导致其就业困难的重要原因。文章通过对一般人力资本和特殊人力资本的比较分析,提出以培养特殊人力资本作为硕士研究生培养目标的建议,以此来提高硕士研究生的质量。The decline in the quality of education after postgrduate expansion is the important reason for the difficulty in finding jobs. Based on the comparative analysis of the general human capital and human capital of the special, tiffs thesis proposes to develop human capital of the special as training objectives of postgraduate education to improve the quality of postgraduates.
