电大继续教育特色化发展的思考

摘　　要：电大继续教育面对激烈的市场竞争压力,自身存在诸多问题和不完善之处。在构建终身教育体系的教育环境下,电大继续教育只有坚持特色化发展之路,才能摆脱激烈的市场竞争,不断满足不同层次、不同地区、不同行业的人们对学习的需要,促进我国人力资源的开发,提高全民素质,成为终身教育体系不可缺少的部分。Under the current drastic pressure of market competition, some inherent problems of RTVU＇s continuing education become more obvious. RTVU can only survive under the background of constructing the system of life-long education by adhering on its characteristic developing, in order to meet the learning requirement from different crowd, area and vocation, promoting civil quality and the development in national human resources, thus to remain a necessary part of our country;s life-long education system.
