摘　　要：给出了惯性积平移变换的一般关系式和旋转变换的一般关系式,由此可以解决一切惯性积的变换问题.The general forms of translation and rotation transformations of inertial product are proposed, so that the problem for the transformation of inertial product between any two coordinate systems is solved.
