摘 要:科学有效的激励机制可以使员工产生实现企业目标的动机,引起并维持实现企业目标的行为,并通过绩效评价得到自豪感和相应的奖酬,最终强化员工实现企业目标的行为,对提高企业绩效有着巨大的推动作用。构建企业激励机制应遵循激励手段与企业目标相结合、物质激励与精神激励相结合、外部激励与内部激励相结合、正激励与负激励相结合和民主公正的原则。在现代企业中比较有效的激励机制主要有员工参股、员工参与管理、荣誉激励及多层次、多手段相结合等激励方式。The scientific and effective incentive mechanism can make staff have a motive ot achieving business goals, make them maintain the act to achieve business goals,and abtain the pride and corresponding rewarding from performance evaluation. Ultimately , it strengthens the act of our staff to achieve business goals, shows the tremendous role to improve enterprise performance. Construction enterprises incentive mechanism should be guided by some principles: combining incentives, and company goals, combining material incentives and encourage ,combining internal and external incentives combining positive and negative ,and combining the justice and democracy. In modern enterprises, some more effective incentive mechanism mainly includes staff shareholding, staff participation in the management, honor and encourage ,the combining multi -level and various means, and so on.
