摘　　要：对一类非损耗系统分别给出存在唯一的（无界）最大吸引子，存在惯性流形及不存在周期轨道的充分条件，并给出两个应用例子．For a class of nondissipative systems, sufficient conditions for the existence of the unique unbounded maximal attractor and inertial manifolds and the no existence of periodic orbit are obtained respectively. Two examples are also given.
