摘  要:分析了步进电动机的脉宽调制式细分驱动原理,针对二相混合式步进电动机,设计了一种基于AT89C51单片机的PWM恒转矩可变细分驱动控制器,并详细阐述了软、硬件部分的实现方法。实验结果表明,该系统细分精度高、运行平稳、噪声小、性价比高且非常实用。The pulse width modulation subdivision driving principle of stepping motor was analyzed at length in the paper. Aimed at 2 - phase hybrid stepping motor, a PWM constant torque variable subdivision driver based on single chip processor AT89C51 was designed. The realization of the circuit and software of the system were expounded in detail. The test results indicated that the system's division precision was high, its operating was smooth, noise was low, the property price rate was high,and it's also very practical.
