摘 要:综合实践活动课程是我国新一轮基础教育课程改革中的一个亮点,也是我国基础教育改革的新的生长点,是对原有课程体系的结构性的突破,但其师资问题已成为制约综合实践活动课程实施的瓶颈。该课程倡导师生共建一种对话、合作与探究的课程文化,由于课程实施的自主性、开放性、跨学科性等,要求指导教师重新定位角色,树立全人教育的理念,具有多学科的知识结构的教师,才能担任课程的教育教学任务。为了更好地开设综合实践活动,还可以采用合作共育模式,以解决师资问题,确保综合实践活动顺利开展。The integrative practical activity curriculum is a highlight of new basic education curriculum reform in China, also is new growing point of basic teaching reform, is structural breakthrough to the original curriculum system, but the teachers has become the bottleneck which restricted the implementation of integrative practical activity curriculum. This curriculum ini- tiates the teachers and students altogether to construct one kind of curriculum culture with dialogue, the cooperation and inquisition. Because of the independency, openness, interdisciplinary of the curriculum implementation, it requests the teacher to locate the role, and set up the idea of holistic education. Only the teacher of teaching an subjects can undertake the teaching task of the curriculum. In order to establish the integrative practical activity well, the cooperation pattern is used to solve the problem of teachers, and guarantee the integrative practical activity developing smoothly.
