摘　　要：我国的教育管理研究,在研究方法方面显得过于单一,这是造成我国目前教育管理研究整体品质不高的主要原因之一。而实验经济学的发展经验则表明,由于实验方法有可控性和可重复性的特点,因此它具有其他研究方法所不具备的优势,可以解决很多其他研究方法无法解决的问题。实验方法不但可以应用于经济学的研究中,也完全可以用于教育管理的研究中。在引进实验方法以后,这样的研究方法将有助于提高教育管理研究的科学品质,改进传统实证研究的不足,促进教育管理研究与其他学科在更高水平上的交叉与融合,改善教育管理理论与实践相脱离的状况。The monotony of research method is one of the main reasons for the poor quality of the researches on educational administration. The practice of experimental economics indicates that due to its controllability and repeatability the experimental method, having its special advantage over other methods, can be used to solve some problems that cannot be settled otherwise. Besides the economic researches, the experimental method can also be used in the researches on educational administration. Using such a method will help us to increase the scientific quality of the researches on educational administration, to improve the traditional empirical researches, to promote the integration of the researches on educational administration and other disciplines at a higher level, and to rectify the separation between theory and practice in educational administration.
