摘　　要：采用动力学模型描述苏氨酸发酵动态过程。对发酵过程进行优化控制,并建立了知识库系统。结果表明,缩短了发酵时间,提高了苏氨酸的产量和质量。The dynamic fermenting process of threonine is described by using dynamics model. The control for the process is optimised and the knowledge library is established. The results shown that the fermenting period is shortened while the quality and the quantity of the product have been enhanced.
