从职业教育多层面发展看非学历教育的重要意义

摘　　要：随着经济的发展,职业教育得到了人们的普遍关注。但是,经济结构的调整,经济制度的变革导致人才的供求上出现了这样的问题:企业急需要一大批高素质的劳动者以增强企业发展的后劲,而职业教育中的学历教育又因其培养周期长、培养数量有限而不能从快从速满足市场与社会的需求。如何从职业教育的多层面发展重视非学历教育,更好地服务区域经济和社会发展成为一个特别令人关注的问题。With the development of economy, vocational education has general concern of most people. However, there is a problem in the aspect of talents＇ demand and supply because of the adjustment of economic structure and the reform of the economic system： enterprises urgently need a great of high-quality labours to enhance their potential development. But the talents from the non-academic education in vocational education cannot meet the needs of market and society because of its long-term and small number for training. Therefor, it is important for us to take more attention on the non-academic education with the multi-level development of vocational education and make it serve the local economy and the social development.
