摘　　要：为了适应函授教育变化,通过分析函授学生特点,提出在函授教育中推行以学分制为核心的柔性教学管理机制。这种机制能满足函授学生个性的需求,调动学生学习积极性,培养学生的实际应用能力。结合实际讨论了实施学分制应具备的条件———柔性的管理制度、充足多样的课程平台及实际化的毕业设计,进而并指出了执行过程中遇到的问题以及采取的措施。With a general purpose of adapting requirement changes of correspondence education, a flexible teaching management in which a credit system is the primary component is introduced in correspondenee education based on analyses of correspondence education features. The teaching model manoeuvres students activity of learning and promotes the students practical ability by meeting the needs of student＇ s individuality requirement. The paper researches the actual application conditions that include flexible management system, more various correspondence course system, practical graduation design. The paper further points out problems that would come about in practice and gives solutions.
