摘  要:建设全民终身学习的学习型社会,是未来20年我国教育发展和改革的重要奋斗目标。学习社会背景下,职业教育被赋予了特殊内涵,且具备全纳性、全程性两大功能性目标。树立"大职教观",构建"全体人民各尽其能"、"各得其所而又和谐相处"的职业教育体系,经历学习者、学习机构、学习制度的转变是职业教育的发展思路。Constructing a national life - long Learning Society is an important struggle goal of the education development and reform in future 20 years. On the Learning Society background, vocational education, having two functional targets of inclusion and the whole processing, is endowed spccial connotation. Ideas on the development of vocational eduction are following: establishing grand vocational education thinking, constructing a vocational education system in which all people do their best find their proper places in society and live together in harmony, experiencing the transformation of learners, learning organization and learning system.
