摘  要:以玉米浆(CSL)和蛋白胨作为右旋糖酐发酵的混合氮源,并对其配比进行优化。结果表明,种子培养基中CSL含量为0.08%、蛋白胨为0.1%;发酵培养基中CSL含量为0.1%、蛋白胨为0.08%,粗右旋糖酐收率达到91.8%,菌体活性强。The fermentation conditions of dextran using corn steep liquor (CSL) and peptone as mixed nitrogen source were studied in this paper. The optimal fermentation conditions were obtained as followed: the concentration of CSL and peptone were 0.08% and 0.1% in seed medium, respectively. The concentration of CSL and peptone were 0.1% and 0.08% in fermentation medium, respectively. By applying these optimum conditions, the yield of dextran product reached 91.8% and the activities of cells were high.
