摘　　要：以玉米浆(CSL)和蛋白胨作为右旋糖酐发酵的混合氮源,并对其配比进行优化。结果表明,种子培养基中CSL含量为0.08%、蛋白胨为0.1%;发酵培养基中CSL含量为0.1%、蛋白胨为0.08%,粗右旋糖酐收率达到91.8%,菌体活性强。The fermentation conditions of dextran using corn steep liquor （CSL） and peptone as mixed nitrogen source were studied in this paper. The optimal fermentation conditions were obtained as followed： the concentration of CSL and peptone were 0.08% and 0.1% in seed medium, respectively. The concentration of CSL and peptone were 0.1% and 0.08% in fermentation medium, respectively. By applying these optimum conditions, the yield of dextran product reached 91.8% and the activities of cells were high.
