高职院校班级文化建设的策略

摘　　要：高职学生有其群体的特殊性,高职教育模式和学生管理模式由此也具有了特殊性。本文从理念文化、行为文化、物质文化和职业文化等几个班级文化层面的内涵和功能出发,围绕学生和谐进步、健康成长,提出高职班级文化建设的策略。Theparticularity of the students in higher vocational colleges makes the higher vocational education and student management need particular patterns. And Class culture has a profotmd effect on many aspects of the students＇ development. On the basis of elaboration of the connotations and functions of some aspects of class culture the spiritual culture, behavior culture, material euhure, system culture and professional culture, this paper proposes several strategies to construct class culture to promote the harmonious progress, healthy growth and all-round development of the students in higher vocational colleges.
