摘　　要：学校教育哲学不是学科意义上的教育哲学,而属于一种观念层次上的教育哲学,它的结构包括使命、核心价值和愿景。学校教育哲学作为学校活动的灵魂,是学校行为的先导,深刻影响着学校的规章制度、组织结构、战略决策等。新课程背景下学校教育哲学的变革是学校文化建设的应有之义,有利于特色学校建设和校本课程发展。School philosophy is not a concept with discipline significance. It is the soul and precursor of school activities, dominates school＇s rules and regulations, organizational structure and strategic decisions. School philosophy includes mission, core values and vision. School philosophy change is favorable to building school-culture and characteristic schools, developing school- based curriculum. It is necessary to follow certain procedures in the process of school philosophy change.
