摘  要:开放教育随岗实践教学设计是组织实施实践教学的重要环节。在随岗实践教学设计中必须突出学生主体地位,注重教师主导作用,根据成人教育特点和开放教育规律做好随岗实践流程、内容、目标、支持服务、考核评价及过程监控的设计,保证实践教学的质量与效果。With post, practice teaching designs the important link being to initiate and put into operation carrying out teaching. Must lay stress on student main body position , attach importance to the teacher leading factor effect in following post to carry out teach- ing design, According to the adu/t education characteristic and long - range opening to the outside world education, law is ready for fol- low post to carry out technological process , content , target , support the supervisory control serving , checking valuation and process design, Ensure that longrange ooening to the outside world education carries out teaching mass and effect.
