摘 要:目的确立主管护师的综合评价指标体系及评价标准,实现主管护师科学化、规范化的综合评价。方法先拟定主管护师综合评价备选指标、评价标准内涵及分值,采用Delphi法对45名专家进行3轮问卷调查,进一步了解专家对各项指标的意见和建议。结果选择的专家涉及护理、医疗、行政管理专业领域及北京、上海、福州、山东等地域,具有较好的学科和地域代表性。3轮调查问卷的有效回收率分别为87.6%、78.9%、86.5%,专家对指标的权威系数均在0.8以上,3轮调查总体指标协调系数分别为0.522、0.418和0.366(P=0.000),2轮调查评价标准协调系数分别为0.128、0.056(P=0.000)。结论应用Delphi法确立的主管护师综合评价指标体系主要包括职业品质、学识水平、业务技能和工作业绩四部分47项指标及其相应的评价标准。Objective To establish an appraisal index system and criteria so as to implement a comprehensive scientific and normative system for assessment of supervisor nurses. Methods Firstly, the standby indexes and appraisal criteria were worked out. Based on the Delphi method, 45 experts working in Beijing, Shanghai, Fuzhou and Shandong, involving in fields of nursing, clinical medicine and hospital administration, were then consulted via three-round questionnaire for their remarks and suggestions, which was of a reasonable scientific and regional representative. Results The respond rates of the three-round questionnaire were 87.6%, 78.9% and 86.5%, respectively. The authority coefficient of experts was beyond 0.8. The coefficient of KendaU' s W of the three-round indexes consultation and two-round appraisal criteria consultation were 0. 522, 0.418, 0. a66 (P= 0. 000) and 0. 128 and 0. 056 (P=0. 000), respectively. Conclusion A comprehensive evaluation index system used by the Delphi method mainly includes occupation quality, knowledge level, professional ability and outstanding achievement, which includes four parts with 47 basic items and their corresponding standards.
