摘  要:根据现有某型号增压器涡轮级的实物,采用逆向工程技术构建了涡轮级的三维CAD模型。首先对涡轮构建三维模型,然后对涡壳及其通道进行模型构建,再在UG中完成涡轮级的装配。另外,还对备份的组件进行处理,即去除实体部分,同时保留了涡壳通道表面侧以及叶片外围侧的流体空间,为以后通过CFD深入研究涡轮级的特性作铺垫。Based on the current turbine of certain turbocharger, the three-dimensional CAD model of turbocharger turbine has been reconstructed by using the reverse engineering. Firstly, the 3D turbine model was built. Then the turbocharger volute and its tunnel were designed in the UG hnageware software. Finally, the 3D turboeharger turbine has been assembled in the UG software. In addition, in order to match with further studying the turbine with CFD method in the future, the copy of assembles has been simplified. That means the flied flow of volute inside the turbine has been kept.
