摘　　要：研究生名师讲堂自开设以来,经过中国地质大学(北京)各院系的精心组织,多次聘请国内外专家学者到学校讲学。不仅促进了学术交流,开拓了研究生的视野,而且对提高我校研究生培养质量发挥了积极的作用。为更好地做好本项工作,本文综合近期承担的研究生名师讲堂教学管理工作,总结在组织名师讲堂教学过程中积累的经验,初步探讨了研究生名师讲堂的教学管理模式,为加强我校研究生综合能力的培养,不断提高教学质量和教学水平提供了新思路。Many famous professors have been kindly invited to give some courses for the postgraduate students with the help of elaborated organization of individual schools and departments in our university. These specific courses greatly enhanced the academic exchange, enlarged the postgraduate eyeshot, and remarkably promoted the postgraduate cultivation. In this paper, some primary teaching management patterns were discussed by combining the recent pertinent course construction. We aimed at strengthening the integration abilities of postgraduate students and providing novel sight into the teaching quality and standard.
