摘　　要：日本通过近代两次教育改革走上世界强国的发展道路,其成就世人瞩目。目前,日本正在进行第三次教育改革。就日本第三次教育改革的背景、内容以及开展终身教育、信息化教育、国际化教育、国立大学法人化等教育改革的具体情况进行了分析、探究,认为第三次教育改革是全方位、深层次的改革,具有重大意义和深远影响。Japan has made great achievements on its way to a world power through its twice educational reforms in modern times. At present time, Japan is carrying out the third educational reform. This paper tries to analyze the background and content of the third educational reform and the details of life-long education, informational education, international education and corporatization of public universities. The third educational reform is an all-round and thorough reform and has a vital and far-reaching influence.
