摘  要:对无溶剂体系中C.lipolytica脂肪酶催化大豆油水解的反应条件进行了研究。在单因素实验的基础上,应用中心组合旋转设计原理对反应温度、pH、加酶量、水油质量比4个因素进行了5水平的实验设计,对实验结果进行响应面分析,得到回归方程。对回归结果进行了方差分析和典型分析,确定了响应面的驻点值,并对模型预测结果用实验方法进行了验证。Reaction conditions for lipase catalyzed hydrolysis of soybean oil in solvent - free system were investigated. Based on the single factor experimental results of temperature, pH, enzyme dosage and mass ratio of water to oil, a central composite rotatable design method was use to design experiments. The experimental results were analyzed by response surface method, and a regression equation was obtained. Variance and canonical analysis were used to explain the regression model. Stationary point of response surface was located. Additionally, the model was proved by experiments.
