摘　　要：从几个方面论述了在人才培养模式的改革过程中,教师队伍建设的重要性。分析了教师知识更新的必要性和紧迫性,提出了提高教师素质应采取的一些做法。This paper discusses the importance of the teacher team construction in the talents training pattern reforming. And then the article analyzes the necessity and urgency of the teachers＇ knowledge updating and also analyzes the measures of improving the teacher＇s quality.
