战略工具在高职院校发展中的综合应用

摘　　要：高等职业院校作为大众化高等教育的办学机构,在外适性的质量观要求下,必须主动满足社会、企业和学生的需求,应对竞争对手和外部环境变化的挑战。因此要想成为卓越的高职院校,必须利用战略管理的思路和工具进行内部管理体制的创新,提高管理水平。波特的"五力模型"、外部环境PEST分析、SWOT矩阵和BCG矩阵是四种适用于高职院校的战略工具。As the popular higher educational school running institution, under the requirement of quality outlook of external adaptability, higher vocational institute must meet the demand of the society, enterprises and students initiatively, response to the challenges of competitors and the change of external environment. Therefore, in order to become outstanding higher vocational institute, we must take advantage of the strategic managing way of thinking and tools to carry out the innovation of internal management system and improve management level. The Five Forces Model of Poter, External Environment PEST Analysis, SWOT Matrix and BCG- Matrix are four kinds of strategic tools suitable for higher vocational institutes.
