摘　　要：教师职业尽管承担着传播文化和承继文明的责任,但这种责任并不能剥夺教师之为人所应享有的种种权利。在教师职业中,重要的不是追问"幸福是什么",而是"幸福在哪里",即获取幸福的方式。生活的意义在于追求幸福,获取幸福的途径即是生活本身。真正的教师要创造各种可能生活,在多变的生活中捕捉幸福,如此才能让教研成为教师职业幸福的源泉。While teachers are responsible for imparting literacy and civilization, their basic rights cannot be deprived of the pursuit of happy life. Moreover, teachers should not be engrossed in the monotonous teaching issues. The teacher career does not focus on what happiness is, but where happiness lies, namely, the methods to acquire happiness. The meaning of life is the pursuit of happiness and the acquisition of happiness is life itself.
