摘  要:如今多媒体教学在大学英语中已广泛使用,但由于教师对多媒体认识不足、使用不当,使得其对大学英语教师角色的负面影响也逐渐暴露。它对教师地位、教学水平、授课效果、个性教学的负面影响和冲击,已经成为了英语教学发展的瓶颈。本文试图通过对这些负面影响的分析,寻求解决途径,做到扬长避短,充分发挥教师和多媒体双方的作用,提高英语教学水平。With the extensive application of multimedia in college English teaching, its negative influences on teachers have emerged gradually. Due to the lack of understanding and inappropriate application of multimedia by the teachers, the multimedia now threatens the guiding role of the teacher, impairs the teaching effect, inhibits the level of teaching and restricts individuation, which obstructs the development of English teaching. The paper analy- zes the above negative influences in detail, and presents the solutions to such problems, hoping that the teachers can make better use of the multimedia and combine its merits with their own advantages so as to improve English teaching.
