摘　　要：本文就美中两国最新教师评价体系的一、二级指标进行比较,对两国的相通之处和各自关注的重点予以探讨,并进一步分析美国教师评价指标体系的特点,以期对我国教师评价指标体系的科学构建和完善有所借鉴。This paper compares the first grade indexes and the second ones of the Latest Evaluation Index System of Teacher of China and America, discusses mainly their analogies and respective key points. It also further analyses the characteristic and enlightenment of Evaluation Index System of American teachers in order to perfect our Evaluation Index System.
