摘　　要：与其他国家相比,我国的蛋品工业具有滞后于禽蛋生产业发展、落后于世界蛋品工业先进水平、市场需求更大及生产成本更低等特点。只有从克服劣势、发挥优势的角度进行长期规划,我国蛋品工业才会有出路。Compared with other countries, egg process industry in China has several characteristics as follows. It lags behind egg production industry and the advanced level of egg process industry in the world. At the same, a more huge market demand and a lower production cost are the features. Only by overcoming its disadvantage and utilizing its advantages to make a long-term plan of Chinese egg process industrycan it develops.
