摘　　要：阐述创新的定义及大学生创新能力的主要特征，并进一步分析实验教学对学生创新能力培养的重要作用，指出传统实验教学体系已不能适应创新人才培养的需要，应更新观念，改革实验教学体系和实验教学内容，加强实验教学队伍的建设，建设有利于实验教学改革的综合性、开放型实验室。通过对传统教学模式的改革，实现以创新型人才为核心培养目标的新型实验教学体系的建设。This paper expounds the definition of creation and the main features of innovation ability of university students, and further analyses the important role of experimental teaching to cultivate students＇ innovation ability. That the traditional experimental teaching system can no longer meet the needs of cultivating creative personnel, should be updated concept, reform experimental teaching system and experimental teaching content, strengthen the construction of teaching team in universities and construct a comprehensive, open laboratory, benefiting form the experimental teaching reformation. Through reforming the traditional teaching model, it will achieve construction of the new experimental teaching system of creative talents as the core objectives.
