摘  要:目的了解桂西北地区高校食堂常用调味品粉螨的群落组成、危害与预防措施,为有效控制高校食堂中螨的孳生和预防人体螨病提供依据。方法监测食堂餐厅公用的14种调味品和食堂仓库储藏的22种调味品。采用电热集螨法和水膜镜检法进行粉螨的分离,并进行螨种的鉴定和螨的生境及季节消长等调查。结果储藏调味品有13种检出粉螨,检出率为59.1%。检出螨种10种,隶属4科8属,其平均孳生密度为0.87只/g,物种丰富度指数为0.73,物种多样性指数为1.01,物种均匀度指数为0.26;食堂餐厅公用调味品有9种检出粉螨,检出率为64.3%,隶属4科8属中的9种螨种,平均孳生密度为2.08只/g,物种丰富度指数为1.43,物种多样性指数为1.67,物种均匀度指数为0.59。结论桂西北地区高校食堂储藏调味品存在粉螨污染,已打开或食堂餐厅公用的调味品更易孳生螨,污染相对较为严重。Objective To investigate the community composition, endangers and precautionary measures of flavoring agent from dinning room in universities of Northwest Guangxi. Methods In 2007, 14 kinds of flavoring agent from dinning room were continuously detected. Acaroid mite in 22 kinds of flavoring agent from storehouse were isolated by heating and water diaphragm examination. By testing, identification in mite' s classification, community composition, growing environment and season problem were analyzed. Results Acaroid mite were found inl3 kinds of flavoring agent, the detection rate was 59.1%. Totally 10 kinds of mite were found, which belong to 4 families and 8 genera, the average breeding density was 0.87/g and the species richness index was 0.73, the diversity index was 1.01 ,the evenness index was 0.26. In 9 kinds of flavoring agent from dinning room, 9 kinds of mite were found which also belong to 4 families and 8 genera. The detection rate was 64.3%. The average breeding density was 2.08/g and the species richness index was 1.43, the diversity index was 1.67, the evenness index was 0.59. Conclusion Flavoring agent from dinning room in universities of Northwest Guangxi is being polluted with acaroid mite, flavoring agent is easier to breed acaroid mite in opening up and being put into use. Pollution is relatively serious.
