关于远程教育网络重要结点学习中心的研究

摘　　要：远程教育网络是远程教育的重要组织资源,其学习中心又是这一网络的重要结点,是远程教育网络运行的基础。为了提高远程教育的质量和效益,促进远程教育的健康发展,必须重视远程教育的基层服务机构——学习中心的研究和建设。本文讨论了学习中心的定位、配置和考评等关键问题,力求对现代远程教育的可持续发展提出有益的建议。The distance education network is an important organizational resource in distance education, of which learning centers are primary nodes and the basis for the smooth operation of the distance education network as well. Therefore, great emphasis should be attached to the study and construction of learning centers - fundamental service organizations - - in order to improve quality and efficiency of distance education and promote the sound development of distance education. Aiming to put forward constructive proposals for the sustained development of distance education, the paper discusses in detail the following crucial problems, including organizational forms, functional orientation, management and operations, infrastructure configuration, test and evaluation and how to support the development of learning centers, etc.
