摘 要:基于某样车转向系统的具体结构,建立了考虑转向系统弹性和转向齿条动力学的转向力输入实时仿真模型。模型构建了由左右转向轮轴、左右横拉杆和转向齿条组成的完备动力学系统。建立起动、静两种摩擦状态下转向系统干摩擦的求解算法,较好地描述了转向系统干摩擦内在的非线性特性。仿真结果表明,所建模型能够较准确地模拟车辆的转向性能,描述转向干摩擦力学特性,满足实时性仿真要求,在车辆动力学的仿真分析中具有应用价值。Taking the real steering system structure as reference, a steering force input model was established in consideration of the steering system elasticity and the steering rack dynamics. The model is a complete dynamics system including the left and right steering wheel axles, left and right track rods and the steering rack. The solution algorithm of steering system dry friction under slip- stick friction conditions was developed to describe better the nonlinearity of the steering system. The simulation results indicated that the suggested model can simulate accurately the vehicle steering performance, describe the mechanical characteristics of dry friction in the steering system. It is suitable for real-time simulation and has practical value in vehicle dynamics study.
