摘　　要：本科教学质量"344"规范化管理机制,由以学生为中心的三个层面的质量结构目标为运行准则,以全员为对象的四个方面的行为责任为考核内容,以四大系统为载体的组织结构为过程保障,共同构成了人才培养由输入到输出的不断优化和提升的循环系统,在实现教学质量管理科学性和先进性的过程中,体现了质量监测的有效性原则、质量控制的过程性原则和质量保障的整体性原则,是适应新建地方本科院校特色管理的运行机制。＂344＂ standard management mechanism of undergraduate instruction is a guarantee for the in- struction process with learner -centered tri -dimensional quality objectivity as the operation program, with all - staff - oriented obligation as the evaluation content with four systems as the cartier, forming a optimized and improved recycling system of input - output talent - training program. During the process of realizing scientific and advanced instruction management, this mechanism reveals the effectiveness of quality monitoring, the procedure of quality control, and the comprehensiveness of quality guarantee. Therefore, it is an operation mechanism adaptive to newly-built local undergraduate institutions.
