摘　　要：本文讨论了由谢邦杰先生和陈龙玄先生所定义的四元数体上两种行列式的关系，证明了如果矩阵是自共轭的，则这两种行列式是相等的．This note discuss the relation between the two kind of definition of the determinant over the quaternionfield respectively byXie Banglie and Chen Longxuan,and prove that if matrix is the self-conjugate,then abovedwterminants are equal.
