白酒勾调生产管理自动化系统的研究与设计

摘　　要：利用勾调专家的经验和知识,研究人机结合的小样智能勾调和大规模勾调生产和管理的自动化系统,该系统利用Internet技术将自动化勾调系统与厂级勾调生产管理系统进行系统集成,实现勾调控制和管理的融合。系统可使管理人员能对酒库管理和勾调过程进行实时监控,便于管理层对勾调生产进行整体规划,对加快该企业的新产品开发周期、保证产品质量的一致性、缩短决策和信息传递周期、提高管理决策的科学性和生产效率将有明显的促进作用。Man-machine-combined smart blending （small samples and large-scale） automated production ＆ management system was developed by use of blending experts＇ experience and knowledge. Such system had achieved system integration of automated blending system and blending management system by use of Internet to realize the combination of blending control and blending management. Technicians could practice real-time monitoring on liquor storage management and liquor blending. It was conenient for managers to formulate total planning. Besides, the application of such system could quicken the development period of new products, ensure product quality, shorten decision-making period and message-transferring period, and promote production efficiency.
