摘  要:本研究对执教一年的812名农村中学新教师的教学工作、班主任工作、人际交往和遇到的主要困难等方面进行了调查,反映出高等师范院校课程存在的问题,提出了高师课程改革应体现在:改革教育专业课程,为新教师夯实教育理论基础;增加教育见习环节,树立可持续发展的大教育实习观;强化师范生岗前培训,提高其综合素质。A survey was conducted to the 812 new teachers who have one year teaching experience in rural secondary schools on their teaching, teachers' work for class, interpersonal relationship and other difficulties they encountered, which reflects some problems of the courses in the normal universities. To address the above issues, the curriculum reform of normal university should be reflected in the reform of the curriculum of pedagogy, the consolidation of the basis of educational theory, the increase of educational training session, the establishment of sustainable development of the concept of education practice and the strengthening of the pre-serviee training to improve the overall quality of students.
