摘　　要：本文建立了二阶可微多元函数极值的一个充分条件,推广了现有经典教材中的结论,拓广了求多元函数极值的适用范围。A sufficient condition for minimax value of differentiable function of second order is established in this paper, the corresponding conclusions in the classical textbooks are generalized, the scope for solving minimax value of function of several variables is extended.
