摘 要:高校的生命线在于教学质量,而要保证较高的教学质量就必须建立一套完善的教学管理制度。我国自20世纪80年代以来,从学年制、学分制再到后来的学年学分制度,已经初步形成了具有中国特色的高校教学管理制度。对如何进一步完善高校教学管理制度进行理论探讨,以提高高校教学质量,仍是一个重要课题。The lifeline of a university lies in its teaching quality. To ensure a comparatively high teaching quality, a university should set up a set of perfect administrative regulations for teaching. Since 1980s, China has gradually established a set of administrative regulations for teaching with Chinese characteristics, ranging from an academic-year system to a credit system to a combination of the two in universities. This paper conducts a tentative theoretical discussion on how to make perfect the administrative regulations for teaching in universities, making an attempt to find out better administrative regulations for teaching in universities,which suits the conditions in China.
