摘　　要：针对目前教育体制中的一些问题,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,对学生学习成绩的相对有效性进行评价,为学校考核学生成绩提出更公平有效的方法,从而提升学校对学生的管理水平。Aimed at some issues of the current education system, the paper evaluates the relative effectiveness of the students＇ learning achievement by using Data Envelopment Analysis method （DEA）.h offers a more fair and effective way to assess the student achievement for schools so as to enhance the school management level.
