摘  要:近年来,随着国内IT企业越来越多,行业内的竞争逐步加剧,而IT行业的核心资源便是组织内部掌握核心技术的高级程序员,目前,国内能掌握核心技术的IT员工数量远远不够,因此行业内这些人才的竞争也愈演愈烈,使得这些员工有了更多的选择空间,由于选择性的增多,掌握核心技术的员工的职业承诺度在下降,员工盗取公司机密的可能性在增大。因此,研究职业承诺对于控制频繁发生的组织核心技术流失极具现实意义。In recent years, as more and more domestic IT companies emerging, competition within the industry gradually intensified, and the core resource of IT industry is the senior programmer who masters the core technology in the organization. At present, the number of IT staff that can master core technology in our country is far from enough, thus the competition for these talents is more and more drastic, which gives more choosing space for these staff. Because of the increasing opportunities, the reliability of the staff commitment is decreasing, and the staff become more possible to divulge company secrets. Therefore, it is important to study the control of frequent core technology divulgence by professional commitment.
