摘　　要：通过对学校文化、企业文化概念及其之间的联系与相通之处的阐述,提出高职学校文化建设与企业文化对接的必要性,并指出高职学校文化建设与企业文化对接的途径。By stating the conception of school culture and enterprise culture as well as their relationship, puts forwards the necessity to connect the school culture construction of higher vocational education with enterprise culture. Points out the approach to connect the school culture construction of higher vocational education with enterprise culture.
