高职院校实施“双证”融通的思考

摘　　要：学历证书与职业资格证书教育的融通是促进高等职业院校毕业生就业的需要,是提高职业院校教育教学质量的需要,是高等职业技术教育改革和发展的必然趋势。目前高职院校实施"双证"融通中存在职业资格证书制度不够完善、培养目标要求与职业资格制度不完全一致、课程体系与职业资格证书标准不配套以及实践教学条件与师资水平不能适应"双证"融通制度的要求等问题。解决这些问题应从解决学校定位、制定涵盖职业标准的专业教学计划、重组课程体系、加快双师型教师队伍建设及加强实训基地建设等方面加以考虑。Implementation of certificates of education and certificates of vocational qualifications adapts to needs of college graduates and teaching qualities in vocational colleges. Due to the imperfect system of certificates of vocational qualifications, inconsistent training goals and the system, no supporting curriculum, disability of practical teaching conditions and staff, the paper puts forward measures such as orientation of school, development of professional teaching programs, reorganization of the curriculum, speeding up construction of dual - certificate staff and construction of practical training bases.
