教学评估方案的制定原则及其运用

摘　　要：在高校教学评估工作中,教学评估方案的制定至关重要但又非常困难。要制定出比较科学合理的教学评估方案,至少必须遵循以下五条基本原则:导向性原则、可行性原则、创新性原则、操作性原则、发展性原则。扬州大学在制定和修订学院本科教学工作水平评估方案、专业评估方案、课程评估方案的过程中较好地运用了上述五条原则。In the work of teaching evaluation in universities, the formulation of the teaching evaluation plans is of vital importance as well as great difficulty. At least five principles must be observed in order to formulate reasonable plans： principle of guidance, principle of feasibility, principle of innovation, principle of operability, and principle of development. Yangzhou University has well observed the five principles in the formulation and revision of the teaching evaluation plans of the undergraduate program, the evaluation of the specialties, and the evaluation of courses.
